Americans in Fremantle

American college students studying abroad in Fremantle, Western Australia have the wonderful opportunity to participate in a 3 month footy training program. In March 2007, 21 women from St Benedicts college in Minnesota and University of Portland in Oregon began training.

In August 2007, a new group of exchange students arrived at Notre Dame University and started training with the South Fremantle Football Club. Six weeks into their training, they competed in and won a carnival in Goomalling.
