Get Started:
Met Minnesota Freeze players at gaelic football training. Kat persistently encouraged me to play for a year before I finally acquiesced and gave footy a chance.
First Game:
Crazy, exciting, and terrifying, in equal measures. Went out to Denver on a whim and after 15 minutes, I was hooked. It didn't hurt that all of the girls were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Describe Game:
It is a fast-paced mix of soccer, rugby, and Gaelic football with a little bit of chaos thrown in. I love that there is a place for everyone, regardless of body type and experience.
