Please be there at least 10 mins early to get changed etc, because we will be starting the class right at 12:00 noon.
The workout should run for 90 mins, finishing approx 1:30pm.
Bring work-out clothes, water, & running shoes. The gym might seem slightly cold until you get warmed up so wear layers.
This event is FREE, but the number of participants may be limited due to space and instructor availability, so signup will be required to attend.
