Part of the Men's traditional BC Cup we had the opportunity to showcase our Women at 1pm at Burnaby Lakes Rugby Fields.
We started off really well on an unfamiliar field, size and 18 a side and after we loaned Calgary 4 players as they were short. Marlena scored a great goal and we added a couple of behinds which had us up by 8 points at quarter time. read more »

The Dublin Angels and the Kilrea Kookaburras flew over to Edinburgh, Scotland, last weekend for what would turn out to be a thrilling Haggis Cup match. This was the first match of the year for both teams and it was heavily anticipated too as it had been almost 7 months since these sides last met. It was another historic day for women’s football in Europe, with the first time the Haggis Cup included a ladies section. read more »

On April 28, 2012 the New York Magpies and Boston Demons traveled to Montreal Quebec for a 3 team preseason tournament. Montreal defeated both visiting squads to capture the cup with Boston defeating New York for second place.
