The Arizona Lady Hawks started their 2010 Metro Season on March, 6th. We playing every Saturday at 2pm at McQueen Park in Gilbert, AZ. This year we have had the most players and been able to play 10+ a side games. We have over 27 players on our roster now. The weather conditions has been great on average about 85 degrees. It has been a great Metro season for footy in Arizona. Both teams are tied 3 games to 3 and our Grand Final "Championship" Game is Saturday, April 24th, 2010.

The 2009 USAFL National Championships were held at Heritage Oak Park in Mason, OH. In the 5th year of a women's division at nationals we fielded a full 8 team division including Arizona, Atlanta, Calgary Blue, Calgary White, Denver, Milwaukee, New York, Toronto/Montreal/Sacramento. Additionally players from North Carolina, Baltimore, and Minnesota competed with the aforementioned clubs. We're looking forward to them fielding full teams at the 2010 nationals!

The US Freedom toured Australia from Aug 5-15 2009. We played games in Sydney, Cairns, Bendigo, and Melbourne. Despite the hectic playing schedule, we did plenty of sightseeing and took some photos along the way!

On Sept 27, 2008 Milwaukee and New York combined to play Atlanta at Creel Park in Atlanta GA.

On Oct 13-14 2007, the USAFL National Championships were contested in Louisville, KY.
