Women's Australian Football Association

Round Three of the Alberta Footy Women's League kicks off on June 7th, with five matches in Calgary.  Come along and watch some of the best women's footy action in North America. 

12:00 - Hillhurst Elite vs Kensington Elite

12:50 - Hillhurst Reserves vs Kensington Reserves

1:30 - Kensington Elite vs Edmonton Emus

2:20 - Kensington Reserves vs Hillhurst Reserves

3:00 - Edmonton Emus vs Hillhurst Elite

The 1st Canadian Nationals are being held in Vancouver.  The matches will be  in the awesome Thunderbird Stadium at UBC (where the USA vs Canada games were played).

Three clubs are currenty confirmed:  Calgary, Edmonton, & Vancouver.  We are happy to have US teams compete at the tournament and envisage that it will grow to be on similar standing to US Nationals each year.  We have the option of playing a 4-club or a 6-club format..

Milwaukee will be hosting a women's footy tournament June 27th, 2008.
