In the first match on US soil for the East Coast Women’s League, the Baltimore Washington Eagles hosted the New York Lady Magpies to a 9 a side game in nearly perfect footy weather at Frank C. On June 25th, 2011 the Minnesota Freeze with guests from Sacramento, Arizona, and Baltimore-Washington traveled to Denver to play the 2010 USAFL Champions, the Denver Bulldogs in the Mile High Challenge. The ladies started off the day with a training session led by Brett Kirk and wrapped it up with US Freedom functions.
